Additional icons
I was wondering if there were any additional icons available for various links like "blog", "printer-friendly version", etc. ?

We don't have any at this point because things like "printer-friendly" capability typically comes from secondary modules and we don't usually add these modules to themes when we sell them. It just makes the themes too bulky if we add all types of small modules unless they were directly related to the theme's look and feel.
If you wanted to add a printer friendly icon or similar you could pretty easily. It just takes a little CSS knowledge and perhaps changing a small thing or two within a node.tpl or similar.

I was not too concerned about adding icons, I was wondering if there were more in the set (orange) so that they matched. Did the comment & read more icons come from a set or were they designed for the theme?
